I just saw this beautiful recipe by Marnely Rodriguez-Murray on the Flanboyant Eats blog and just had to share. What a feast for the eyes – this is the kind of recipe that would have really perked up my tastebuds when I’d lost my appetite. A sunny day on a plate for this cloudy day.
For those of you in the UK: ‘cilantro’ is the US name for coriander. I’ve not seen the ‘Old Bay’ seasoning around the UK myself – try using a creole spice mix which is very similar. I know Barts do one so you should be able to pick one up in the supermarket. I will be out hunting for one later myself.
